Dear Barb and family,
Pat will be greatly missed. I will always remember his big "welcome" hugs and smiles. He was so proud of his family and in so love with his soulmate. You are in my prayers. I know when Sarah has that beautiful baby he will be there in heart and spirit. Love you all.

Jennings family,

I graduated with Patrick in 1963 and I remember his humor and laugh. I'm sorry the Class lost track of him, but at every reunion we would get around to talking about Patrick. I will never forget a time when he had just gotten his driver's license and his Grandmother gave him her car. Pat and his date, me and mine went to Atlantic and stopped at the A & W for a bite. When we got ready to leave, he put the car in reverse to back out of the spot (but went forward). Fortunately nothing was hit, but it sure made us laugh, as he was trying so hard to be a good and responsible driver.

God Bless all of you during this time of sorrow and rememberance. Susan Davis (Lewis, IA) 1963 graduate from GHS.

We were so sorry to hear the news about Pat. He was a very close friend of ours growing up in Griswold. Pat and I played sports together and he and I spent a lot of time working odd jobs on surrounding farms. Even though Pat was a year ahead of me in school he was as close a friend as anyone in my own class. We had great times together. He was a special guy with a great since of humor. He will be missed by many.

Mrs. Jennings and family - I was a year behind Pat in school at Griswold and we were friends from early childhood. I know what a great person he was then and, from what I read, continued to be. I am sure he was a great husband and father. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you all and give you peace.

Mrs.Jennings & family,
Patrick was a boyhood friend, a year ahead of me in school. We played little league, Midget, and high school baseball together. Even then he was a kind, considerate person, and from reading the postings here he obviously stayed that way. I am very sorry to hear of his passing and offer my deepest condolences.

I remember Lauren introducing me to Pat back in 1988 and knowing then that he was the role model that I was looking for. From the time we met, I had great respect for his passion for his family, friends, and career. He was good at all of it and made it look easy and showed me how to do things the right way. Barb, you and Pat have given me the most important things in my life... Lauren and our kids and I'll be forever grateful. Pat will always be in my thoughts.
