Uncle Roland, I had a dream of you last night. You looked so at peace with a smile on your face. You didnt say a word to me but I knew what you were saying just the same. I know you are alright, I know that you are happy and healthy and I know that I will see you again one sweet day. To Jason and Aunt Pauline, I love you both so very much!

I will always have the picture in my mind of Roland catching that football on the tip of his finger at Woonsocket High School. I believe I might even have that picture in a stored away year book and if I find it, I will post it if I can. I also remember the love story of Pauline and Roland when they first started going out. R.I.P. Roland, our ole Morin Heights friend...Sue LaRose

Our deepest sympathy to Roland's family for their loss. We worked with Roland at the Grizzle Building for many years. He was such a nice person - always willing to help and always with good humor! He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Roland's family at this difficult time.

I am so sorry for the LaBonte family for their loss. I worked with Roland at the Mary Grizzle building for years and always enjoyed visiting with him, hearing his stories, advise and having some laughs. He was there to help with little projects when I needed his help...He will be missed by all of us at the Grizzle building. Rest in peace Roland!!! My thoughts are with you Roland and your family as I know how much your family meant to you.

Roland will be sorely missed by all of the State Employees at the Grizzle. His humor, his hard work and his gentleness made him a asset to all he touched and help. I used to call him Sargent Schultz due his self deprecating manner but he really saw everything and fixed the problems with complaint or asking. I know that he and his wife had a rough year but to his wife, I can only say I am sorry for you loss or should I say losses. My family and my thoughts are with you and your family.
