Margaret Kuffel Obituary

KUFFEL, Margaret Blanche, 91, died May 18, 2011, in Tampa, where she

had lived for the past

25 years. She was born in Chicago, Ill., May 14, 1920. Margaret was a member of St. Mary the Virgin Holy Catholic Church in Tampa. The family wishes to offer their sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff and to the health care professionals at The Nursing Center at University Village for the kindnesses and caring shown toward Mrs. Kuffel and to her family. She was predeceased by her daughter, Margaret Ann Kuffel. She is survived by her beloved husband of more than 69 years, Lorne S. Kuffel Sr.; daughter, Constance Kuffel (F. Curtis Hare); son, Lorne S. Kuffel Jr. (Manuela); grand-children, Dawn Marie Hare, Daniel Curtis Hare and Daryl Curtis Hare; great-grandchildren, Joseph, Jordan, Ryan and Ivy; sister, Marilyn E. Brown of Illinois; sisters-in-law, Rita E. White of California and Dolores Mols of Illinois; and many nephews and nieces living throughout the country. The family will be receiving friends at noon June 4, 2011, at Blount & Curry Funeral Homes Carrollwood Chapel, with memorial services following at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be at Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights, Ill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Mary the Virgin Holy Catholic Church, 103 W. Henry Ave., Tampa, FL 33604 or to a charity of your choosing.
