Not a year goes by that I don't have fond memories of Ray and the years on the hill at 15th and Compton and Knob Hill. Always the calm in every storm including sitting at Yanna's in Greenhills watching lighting striking the tower knowing WSM was off the air finishing our diner never the less.

A kind, caring never a bad word for any man. The world could use a million Ray Tichenor's today.

God bless and keep Ray and his wonderful family.

I enjoyed working with Ray at WSM for 25 years, considered him a friend. We have missed him at the Piccadilly luncheon for some time. My condolences to the family. Wayne Pilkinton, WSM Engineer Retired
