MIRE - Funeral services will be held at Assumption of the BVM Catholic Church, Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. for Lois Faul Bearb, 81 who died Monday, October 29, 2012 in Southwind Assisted Living in Crowley, LA.

Interment will be in the Assumption of the BVM Cemetery, Mire, LA.

Surviving are five daughters, Carlyon Sue Martin and husband Wavey of Sugarland, TX, Jeannie Bearb Johnson and husband Kenneth of Rayne, Phyllis Bearb Daugereaux and husband Al of Church Point, Lisa Miller and husband Paul of Baton Rouge, Melissa Bearb Vanhook and husband Paul of Dallas, TX, three sons, Malcolm Bearb and wife Dianne of Carencro, Mike Bearb of New Orleans, Forest Bearb, Jr. and wife Paula of Broussard, nineteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, two sisters, Louella Faul Benson, Janelle Faul Lorraine, one brother, Ewell Faul.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest Bearb, Sr., one son, Harold Bearb, parents, J.B. Faul and Emma Leger Faul, two sisters, Eura Prejean and Grace Kidder, four brothers, Lester Faul, Leslie Faul, Harvey Faul and Lloyd Faul.

She was born Sunday, January 18, 1931 in Cankton, LA, daughter of the late J.B. Faul and the late Emma Leger Faul.

She was a member of Catholic Daughters Court # 2214 Lifetime Membership in Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Mire, LA.

A rosary will be recited Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Gossen Funeral Home.

Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m..
