Pascual Gonzalez Obituary
Pascual "Don" Gonzalez, 77, of Caldwell, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011.
Services are planned for Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Phillips & Luckey Chapel in Caldwell with Rev. Jimmy Haile officiating. The burial will follow in the Caldwell Masonic Cemetery. The family will receive guests from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday evening.
Don was born July 27, 1934 in Alamo, Texas to parents Antonio Gonzalez and Olivia Garza. He married Susie Paul in Houston, Texas December 19, 1975. He enjoyed life loved to cook, gardening, fishing, animals, being outdoors and was just a very friendly, people person. He served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Don was preceded in death by his parents; a step-father, Raul Benavidez; three sons, Michael, Paul and Geza Gonzalez; two brothers, Joe and Roman Gonzalez; and a sister, Maria Villareal.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Susie Gonzalez of Caldwell; sisters, Benita Ortega of San Juan, Texas, Fidela Webber of Houston, Texas; brother-in-laws, Kenny and Tiney Paul, both of Caldwell.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Paul, Tiney Paul, Joe Skinner, Roman Gonzalez Jr., Leonard Webber and Jaime Webber.
Arrangements under the direction of Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home, Caldwell, Texas.
