Janet Ruth Moll

Born: December 5, 1943

Died: July 9, 2017

Janet Ruth Moll passed away July 9, 2017 at Safe Harbor Assisted Living in Longmont, CO. She was 73 years old.

Janet was born on December 5, 1943 in Davenport, IA to Frank and Elsie (Klinkerman) Schultz.

On June 10, 1967 she married Robert Moll in Waukegan, IL. Janet was a registered nurse and worked in hospitals until her children were born. She stayed home with her children while they were growing up, and then returned to work in the 1990's; where she worked in hospitals, as an oncology nurse and, for the last 10 years before she retired in 2010, as a hospice nurse.

She was of the Lutheran faith; and enjoyed quilting, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.

Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her daughter, Christine Szypulski; her parents; her brother, David; and her sisters, Mary and Becky.

She is survived by her son, Rob Moll; her daughter, Tami (Brian) Carter; her grandchildren, Kevin and Justin Carter and Jacob Szypulski; her brothers, Steve and Mark; and her sisters, Rachel and Ruth.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, July 19, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 177 Luther Ln. Frankfort, IL 60423.
