Sarah Clark Obituary

Clark, Sarah Cindora Harris

Sarah entered into the presence of her Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday morning just in time for Church, Jan 29, 2012. Born in Indiana June 13, 1913, she was 98 years young. She moved to Ithaca in 1946 with her husband Dale. They were married 55 years when he went to be with the Lord in 1997. She was the dearest mother to her five daughters, Treva, Judith, SaraJo, Georgia, and Mary as well as her "Chinese son" Hong. Sarah was a loving Grandma to Bryan, Quiel, Treva Lauren, Jonathan, Jolie, Robert Christopher, Aaron, Sharon Carmel, Billy, Phil, Kislev, and Tahirih. She also dearly loved her 19 great grandchildren. Sarah was gentle, compassionate, very generous, pleasant and kind to all. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but we know she is finally Home, reunited with her husband and other loved ones. Sarah's family wish to thank the staff of the CMC 3rd fl STC and Hospicare, who took such wonderful care of her, as well as her family. There is a celebration of her life for family and friends at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, 1019 N Cayuga St. Ithaca at 2PM Sat 2/4/12. In lieu of flowers, you may give to the charity of your choice, in Sarah's honor. John 3:16.."For God so loved the world, He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life."
