IDA BRIGHT HOFFMAN Ida Bright Hoffman passed away the morning of July 5, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. A few months before, she suffered a broken hip, from which she never recovered. She was born January 27, 1930, in Greenup, Illinois. She lived in Pharr, Texas for 18 years, where she enjoyed Square Dancing, walking at the Mall and spending time with friends. Before settling in Pharr, she and her husband Norman Hoffman traveled and lived all over the world. She is preceded in death by her Husband Norman Hoffman, Parents Coen and Phyllis Bright, Daughter Phyllis Adele Hoffman, and Brother Coen L. Bright. She is survived by her Daughters Jo Anne Oney, Norma McClintock, Sons-in-Law Phillip Oney, Michael McClintock, Granddaughters Rebecca (Oney) Breves, Katie McClintock, her Brothers Felecian Bright, Arthur Bright and her nieces and nephews. A Visitation is being held from 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Castle Ridge Mortuary, San Antonio, Texas.
