Stephen Myres Obituary
Services for Stephen Wayne Myres, 35 of Start will be 2:00PM Sunday, March 8, 2015 in the Mulhearn Chapel with Rev. Jeff Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.
Stephen was born on April 27, 1979 in Ft. Worth, TX and passed from this life on March 1, 2015 in Start, LA. Stephen loved the outdoors and loved to hunt. He served his country in the Army and was Post Commander of Chapter 51 in Monroe DAV. He was a police officer for the city of Monroe for two years.
He is survived by his parents-James and Alice Myres of Start; two children-Lukas James Myres and Jackie Lynn Myres of Azle, TX; brother-Dameon Myres and wife Joni of Salt Lake City, UT; the mother of his children-Angell Myres of Azle, TX; seven aunts; two uncles; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be John Tomas, Chris Tomas, Don Price, Mike Barham, Chad Ladner, and Jason Rufino.
Visitation will be 5:00 till 8:00PM Saturday, March 7, 2015 in the Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers Memorial made to Wounded Warriors or charity of one's choice.
