Jesse Lindow Obituary

Graveside services for Jesse Ray Lindow, 83, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, November 29, 2010, at Alto Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. John Albright officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Born in Alto, LA, on January 1, 1927, he died November 27, 2010, at the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home, in Monroe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mittie and Harmon Lindow, Jr., and an infant brother, William August.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Maxine Huff Lindow; children, Virginia (Ginger) Green and husband Randy, Cheryl Gay Brose and husband Tom, and Dan Lindow and wife Kathy; his grandchildren, Kelsey Green Trimble and husband Kevin, Daniel Green and wife Elizabeth, Kasey Lindow Fisher and husband Allen, Kyle Lindow and fiancée Kiley White, Katie Beth Brose and Sarah Brose; one great-granddaughter, McKenna Renee Green; and two step great-grandchildren, Lauren and Stephen Gebbia.
He was a member of Alto Presbyterian Church and a friend to Highland Presbyterian Church. A graduate of Mangham High School, Northeast Jr. College and Louisiana Tech University, he worked for many years as the accounting manager for Southern Equipment and Tractor Company, and was the co-founder of Monroe Computer Service. He was a WWII Army Veteran, having served in the Asian Arena.
The family would like to thank Dr. Daniel Hutton, Jeanie and Wanda; Dr. Emile Barrow and staff; Dr. Larry Olinde and staff; and the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home for their care and kindness.
Pallbearers will be Randy Green, Tom Brose, Daniel Green, Kyle Lindow, Allen Fisher and Kevin Trimble.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 28, 2010, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
