Jean Schroeder Obituary

SCHROEDER, JEAN ANNETTE ( nee Rickabus), age 90, a resident of Bloomfield Hills since 1987 formerly of Troy, passed away December 12, 2012. Beloved wife of Oliver Schroeder. Loving mother of Douglas Schroeder (Stephanie), Jane Lamm (Doug), Joan Oliver (Andrew) and June Nagle (Lyle). Dear grandmother of Mollie, Hallie, Alexander, Nicholas and Patrick. Dear great grandmother of Benjamin, Amelia, Oliver and Zachary. Dear sister of David Rickabus (Phyllis). Predeceased by her parents Walter and May Rickabus and brothers Donald and George Rickabus. Jean was a graduate of Big Beaver High School Class of 1938, a member of Big Beaver United Methodist Church-Troy where she was in the Women's Society, liked quilting, loved being with family and friends and will be missed by all the lives she touched. Visitation Friday, 3-8pm at Price Funeral Home, 3725 Rochester Road (between Big Beaver and Wattles Roads) Troy, 248-689-0700. In state Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 10:30am until funeral service 11am at Big Beaver United Methodist Church, 3753 John R Road (between Big Beaver and Wattles Roads) Troy.
