Joseph Meyers Obituary
On Tuesday Aug. 12 our beloved Joseph Kenneth Meyers entered into Gods embrace. His loving spirit and enthusiastic life style will forever be etched in our hearts. Joey was known by all at the local Vacaville Skate Park for his amazing ability to ride the bowls. Our boy always had a smile on his face and was constantly surrounded by a large group of family and friends. His older brother Jake looked up to him as being one of the most talented, fearless and humble people in his life. Joey enjoyed each day dirt bike riding, mountain biking, snow boarding, riding his scooter, giving his amazing hugs and always caring for others.
Joey was born on Feb. 13, 1998 and was entering his junior year at Vacaville High School.
Joey is now an angel who will be watching over his loving parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Harvest Church, 310 Parker St., Vacaville on Friday, Aug. 22 at 6 p.m.
Please join us after the Celebration of Life to continue sharing our memories of Joey and bring your favorite dish to share. Details on the location will be announced during service at Harvest Church."

I don't think it'll ever be possible to come to grips with losing joe, all the memories we had. Late nights riding scooters around like it was normal. I know Joey is happy, his soul is eternal and his smile is permanent while his laugh lingers. Love you Joe

I'm so sorry for your loss. I knew Joey through my 16-year old daughter, Allysa, and her boyfriend Chance, who claimed Joey as his very best friend. His heart is broken over the loss. I know you feel your own heart will never heal, but each day does get a little easier. In time the shock and pain will turn into acceptance and good memories.
