Also surviving are three daughters, Laura Brown and her husband, David, Jermyn; Nadine Bryant and her husband, Mike, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Tamera Walsh, Alabama; two stepsons, Eric and Adam Sokoloski, Clarks Summit; a sister, Patricia Walsh, Texas; a half-sister, Kelly Walsh, Chinchilla; a brother, James Gerrity, Moosic; a half-brother, Brian Walsh, Dickson City; five grandchildren, Nikolai, Hunter, Kyle, Harley and Jordyn; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Dr. Stephen Brem, Dr. Alocci, Dr. Borowski and the Clarks Summit volunteer ambulance staff for the wonderful care they gave to Steve during his illness.

Family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit, PA 18411.

Dad, I tried to come see you and never had an opportunity arose, I wanted so badly you to meet your desert grandchildren ?. I wanted to see you and hug you and let you met my husband, i know you wound of liked him. In a way I'm glad i didn't get there sooner solely because the way you were described to me, after the surgeries, I am satisfied with the person I have memories of. You looked great but I really appreciate Gail for being strong enough to love you through everything and anything. At least you had love surrounding you from all angles from family, friends, and Anyone who met you. Until I see you again. My whole hearted love lifts you up in the name of Jesus. -Nadine
