Billy was an interesting friend. If you were his friend it became obvious immediately. I enjoyed Billy's friendship for about sixty years or more. Billy did not limit himself in life, if he wanted something it was only a matter of time before he achieved it. I am grateful that we had a nice talk at the last or the next to last class reunion. May God bless Billy. A man that expected a great deal from himself without fear. Billy also respected friends that took chances hoping to become a better human beings.
