BROWN, Milton B., 84, of Richmond, died November 11, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret D. Brown; and son, Ronnie Brown. Surviving are his daughter, Pearl B. Tucker; two sons, Wilbur R. Jr. (Evala) and Donald L. (Janice) Brown; 12 grandchildren, 10 great- grandchildren; sister, Mable Light; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where the family will receives friends Sunday, from 5 to 6 p.m., and where services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. To My Loving Father...I wish you were still here but I know you're in a better place. Your grandchildren were very happy they had the opportunity to see you. I'll cherish and love the times that we spent together.
