HUGHES, Mrs. Martha L., of Dover, Del., departed this life, September 14, 2010. She is survived by one son, Rev. Philemon N. Hill Jr. (Rev. Regina L. Hill); five grandchildren, two great grandchildren; three brothers, Harvey (Linda), Everett (Marion) and Arthur Lewis (Kim); two sisters, Marion Moore and Delores Gardner (Theodore); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where funeral services will be held Saturday, 12 noon. Rev. Regina L. Hill officiating. Rev. Philemon N. Hill Jr., eulogist. Burial Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Alphi Phi Zeta Chapter, P.O. Box 25924, Richmond, Va. 23260.
