CLARICE BELCHER

BELCHER, Clarice "Clara" Avis Foutz, 82, of Chester, died Sunday, September 12, 2010 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Tilton and Viola Dalton Worley, and was preceded in death by her first husband, Sidney Edward Foutz. Mrs. Belcher is survived by her husband, William Henry Belcher Jr.; two sons, Steven Alan Foutz and wife, Victoria, of Chester, Brian Mitchell Foutz and wife, Heidi, of Chester; three stepsons, Charles Belcher and wife, Coleen, of Disputanta, William H. Belcher III of Big Stone Gap, Virginia, Paul Belcher and wife, Cindy, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; one stepdaughter, Julie Belcher and fianc‚, Saul, of Hopewell; two sisters, Harriet Overstreet of Vinton, Virginia, Jeanette Tomlinson of Salem, Virginia; two grandchildren, Kathryn Foutz Garrett and husband, Lance, Aaron Michael Foutz; five step grandchildren, Richard Williams, Cameron Stephens, Sabrina Belcher, Hollis Urias, Keirsyn Urias. A funeral service will take place 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2010 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights 23834, with the Reverend Pete Hypes officiating. Interment Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, Virginia.
