Amy & Andy
I was fortunate to have known Aileen some 25 years ago and again during her final days. Those same final days allowed me to once again witness Aileen's dignity, strength, spirit, and peace in her soul, and as such, I have no doubt the Angels were singing as she entered Heaven and into the arms of her husband, James Dundon, who had passed away only a few months earlier.
...and while my heart-felt feelings go out to all of Aileen's family and friends, I would like to especially praise her daughter, Amy, for the loving, dedicated, and steadfast manner by which Amy stayed by Aileen's side through so very many difficult times, come 'rain or shine' during Aileen's final years.
Sincerely,

Amy & Andy,
It is with a mixed heart that I express our sympathy in hearing that your mother passed on. None of us wishes to lose family. Yet, it is our very love of family that makes us ache when they suffer. Amy, your mother is no longer suffering. Today...this very day...she is light, and relieved, and with God and Jim in Heaven. What more can we ask than to be grateful that she is in a far better place today and forever more. She was a good woman and while she deserves our sorrow in her passing, I am certain nonetheless that she expects us to also be happy for her on this...her first day of freedom.
Although it may be difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Dave & Taska

Aileen made such an impression on me as a new employee here at Lucy Corr. I feel like I apprenticed under her tutalige and I will always be grateful to her. She taught me more than books ever could!

Dearest Andy and Amy,
We will all miss your Mom--those beautiful blue eyes of hers, her laughter, and how she would sometimes come up with something funny that really "fit." She was a great Mother to you, Amy, and we know you will always cherish those wonderful memories of the great times you had with her. This angel is now in heaven with our true Savior and Lord. Our love to you both, Mark and Martha Joosse
