I heard of Mr. Faulkner's death and started to think back and realized how many fond memories I had of him and the Faulkner family. He was a person I respected and had the pleasure of learning many lessons of life during my early years. I am sorry for your loss.

Always a smile and compassionate comfort - I will always remember Mr. Charlie Bill. He certainly touched my heart on a number of personal occasions when I lost dear family & loved ones. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I just heard this news today. I want to express my condolences to the family and the Foster-Faulkner staff. Charlie Bill was a great friend to my parents Teenie and Charlie Edwards. In recent years, whenever another family member passed away, his presence was always a comfort in itself to my mother Teenie. He was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed.

One of the nicest people I have ever met was Mr. Charlie Bill. Every time he saw me, he complemented me on something. I really do not know of anyone outside of our families that I so respected . He contributed so much to Mathews County and I am going to look him up when I get to heaven. I know that is were he is as we talked about it several times.
