Hello ! I am saddened to stumble upon this news of this fellow who died so young. I am trying to find out if he's the same coworker I knew when I worked at Tropical Smoothie in Richmond. Would have been in 2008. If anyone can verify this please let me know . The Chris I knew was a great guy. He encouraged me in my music as well. Thanks

Christopher John Haynes. You were the only one for me. I love you and I always will. Here it is 9 months later and I still can't believe you are gone. I don't understand why you are no longer on this earth and I am, but I know that you would want me to live life to the fullest. I remember when you called me not too long ago just so you could talk to someone when you were driving around. We talked about meeting back up this summer just to catch up and I will always be looking forward to that day. Chris and our son Rylan were close at St. Bridget. He was a great kid that we enjoyed having in our lives. We have not seen Chris for several years, but will miss his light. I am sorry that we did not see the notice in time to pay our respects. God bless your family.

So many things that I want to tell you..If only I had a chance..You were taking with no warning and its not fair! Your one of the greatest guys I've ever had the pleasure to meet and cant wait for the day I get to see you again :( Just cant seem to grasp the fact that your really gone. Go to bed every night hoping that I would wake up and it was all a dream...and so far that hasnt worked. Still remember the call that I got that night..well half of it atleast..My body went numb and no words would come out...tears began to flow. Just couldnt believe it or maybe I just didnt want to believe it..It was just not long ago you were here at my house watching movies and hanging out...or calling me and cussing me out for as u put it "standing u up" :) which I swear I never did! There is just so much that I can say, but I just don't know where to start...you have always been such a loyal friend/brother and even sometimes like my child. You were the only person that could piss me off and IMMEDIATELY start making me laugh--you were always so silly! :) You were always there for me and many other people no matter what. You had a heart like NO OTHER and never judged anyone..coming down to Richmond will never be the same. I'll NEVER forget the way you looked/laughed and got into my face EVERY TIME you thought something was hilarious- while shoving me back into the couch hahaha...Each day I wake up praying that this was all just a bad dream, but I promise you I will ALWAYS, ALWAYS "live it up" as you would want me to...I love you more than words can explain and I consider myself sooo blessed to have had you in my life.
