I was glad to have gotten to see Junie at The Laurels nursing home/rehab center in Richmond in June after his fall. What a will to survive he had! This photo was taken in January 2005 around the time of my father, Cecil's, funeral service at Thomas Chapel United Methodist Church. It shows Junie partially hidden by Dolly, and my sisters Kathy (front) and Nancy (right) at Grannie's, the old family home in Cumberland County where Dolly and Junie long lived. The thing I remember most among many things about Junie is how fast he could drive from Miami to Cartersville!

As a small child, I would hide whenever Uncle Junior would arrive. He loved to tease me! Later, when I lived in Miami, he and Dolly were my family away from home. He loved to sing, play baseball and be with his children and
grandchildren. He gave me the best advise once when I told him I got so nervous watching my grandson play baseball - "you have to go! You will never forget it and he will not either!" I did and I never will forget that joy nor will I forget my Uncle Junior.

Growing up in Cartersville, I have many memories of uncle “Junnie”. I remember him taking me fishing in his rowboat at Robbie’s and Everett’s ponds. During one occasion at Everett’s when I was 10 or 12, he caught a nice large mouth bass and after explaining to me how to use the lure he gave the popper plug to me; it is still in my tackle box. Dolly, Thom, Steve, Linda and families our thoughts are with you. Rick Smith

We were sorry to hear of the passing of Clarence or as my dad, Wes Yeagle, called him " Duling " . They had many good times together in Florida and Virginia including a "Road Trip" to see the sights and visit old friends. Dolly and Mary Yeagle also went along to referee their spirited conversations . Wes passed on in 2002 so you can be sure he was there with open arms to welcome "Duling" to his "New Heavenly Home" and to revisit old times !
We extend our deepest sympathy to Dolly and Family.
