Donald C. Bruegman

BRUEGMAN, Donald C., 74, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 4, 2009 after a courageous fight with multiple myeloma. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Marlene; two daughters, Kimberly Linn (Leonard), of Houston, Texas, Stephanie Tannone, of Wellington, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Harrison and Samantha Linn, Alex and Hannah Tannone. Donald was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was employed with the University of Cincinnati for 25 years then moved to Richmond, Virginia, spending 18 years at Virginia Commonwealth University as the Senior Vice President for Administration. A memorial service will be held at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Fla. 33411, on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a service beginning at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, Good Samaritan Hospital, 1309 North Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Fla. 33401.
