DONNA CARWILE

CARWILE, Donna Ann, 53, passed away May 5, 2011 at home after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was preceded in death by parents, Jesse Carwile and Darlene Speakman; brother, Jesse Carwile; and maternal grandmother, Mildred Stitt. She is survived by son, Justin Carwile; stepfather, Jack Speakman; uncle, David Stitt and wife, Danielle; uncles, Jim Stitt and Rick Flaks; cousin, Spencer Stitt and wife, Ali, and son, Gavin; cousin, Susan Fitak and husband, Michael, and son, Brayton; and many friends and family in both Virginia and Illinois. Donna was a CNA and had an AA Degree in Criminal Justice. She worked the majority of her life in health care. Memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Manakin Episcopal Church, 985 Huguenot Trail, Powhatan.
