CARTER, Eugenia "Jean" Vandervall, 83, of Henrico, Va., died April 2, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur D. Carter. Surviving are her sister, Bernice V. "Honey" Talley; aunt, Loretha Wood; three sisters--in-law, E. Maxine Carter, Maxine Myers and Alberta S. Vandervall; brother-in-law, Harold Myers; nine nieces, five nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 9, at 1 p.m. at Quioccasin Baptist Church, 9011 Quioccasin Road. Dr. Andrew M. Mosley Jr. officiating. Interment church cemetery.
