GEORGE DAY

DAY, George R., 72, of Richmond, died Monday, May 31, 2010 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born February 2, 1938 to the late Peter A. and Margaret Yetter Day in Steelton, Pa. He was a graduate of Steelton High School and a former employee of Home Care Delivered, Inc. He was preceded in death by brothers, Peter A. Jr. and Charles F. Day; sisters, Hilda Stepanovic and Mary Greenwalt. He is survived by brothers, Alden L. of Harrisburg, Pa., Robert G. of Pitkin, La., Paul W. (Barbara) of Harrisburg, Pa., and Joseph H. Day of Cabot, Pa.; sister, Edith Buglia (Jack) of Hershey, Pa.; many nieces and nephews and great friends in the Richmond area. Services will be private.
