Dear Mrs. Johnson, Felicia, Harmon Jr., and the rest of the Johnson family: I am deeply saddened by the loss of Mr. Franklin. He always had a wide smile and a kind word to say whenever we saw each other. He will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to you. Please find comfort in knowing that those who care for you are sharing in your loss.

Felicia, Mrs. Johnson and family members,
You have my deepest sympathy. Your father, husband and family member was a good man and he will be missed by all. Please let me know if I can do anything for you or your family. Please take courage in the fact that God is still with you and He will take care of you.
