John Kessler

KESSLER, John A., 72, of Kilmarnock, Va., passed away on Monday, January 4, 2010. He retired from sales and marketing from 3M Company after 33 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Rodney Downing Kessler. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Catherine Stoneham Kessler; sons, Michael John Kessler, Stephan Kessler and wife, Brigitte, James Todd Kessler and wife, Susan, and Kenneth Allan Kessler and wife, Carol; sisters, Nicole May, Trina Donley and Carolyn Loughridge; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, January 8, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Faulkner Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 14476 Northumberland Hwy., Burgess, Va. 22432. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Bethel United Methodist Church in Lively, Va.
