Mom,
You were the best mom ever... I miss you so much now and my heart aches for your smile everyday. I know that you are at peace and out of the pain that you were in at the end. You told me on many occasions that you were ready to go home. I have learned life lessons by watching you and you lived life the way a lady and a Christian should have. I hope that I will pass this on to my children and grandchildren too. I love you mom and I miss you soo much. Beverly

To the Almeida Family,
I just read about Joyce Ann. I am so sorry that I did not know sooner and was unable to pay my respects. She was always wonderful and sweet to me. We all go back a long way, and I have never had anything but respect for Joyce Ann and Bill. I know that she will be missed deeply by each and every family member and life that she touched. Her grandson wrote a wonderful tribute to her from his heart and depicted her perfectly as I remember her. I will be keeping your all in my heart and prayers. I was truly blessed to have known her.

If you all knew my Grandma you would have been touched by her kindness and sweetness. I can honestly say she never had a bad word to say about anybody. She was the true definition of a lady! I love you grandma and i am so proud to be connected with you and to call you my grandmother. I think we are shown Gods work everyday in one way or another and he worked through you everyday and it showed. I'm proud to be your fee dee and am also proud to be Wilfred Edmond Almeida the third and look forward to the day i see you again. It is just like our family to stick together during hard times and you know we have had those, To hear of your brother passing on just hours after you was a sign of our family sticking together and i was glad you entered those heavenly gates with him. I LOVE YOU GRANDMA and i know you are watching over us every single one of us everyday! I'm glad we had those talks in the hospital and i know you were listening to what i was saying by the grasp of your hand. So peaceful it's like you were listening to heaven and all the beautiful songs that were played for you. Thinking of your dance parter. My grandfather will miss you deeply. Don't worry at all we will take care of him, i promise you that. And one more thing! Thank you for being the greatest example of how a married couple should be, you have taught me to be understanding and compassionate and how to be sensitive to a ladies feelings and i thank you for that. Thank you for being the perfect wife, mother, grandmother!!! and greatgrandmother!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU and i will talk to you all the time. Your grandson Wilfred Edmond Almeida the third.

Terry and Family,
My thoughts are with you at this difficult time. I know that, even as we ourselves are aging, we feel a little like orphaned children when we lose a parent. I will keep you in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Joyce. I worked with her many years at C&P Telephone Co. She was a wonderful person. You all knew my brother John Cooper and his wife Ruth. John passed away in Feb. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Mr. Almeida and families, It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of such a well-lived life. My heart aches for you. I'm sorry for your loss of Mrs. Almeida. When the Lord calls our loved one home, he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. Memories are the legacy of love. You're in my prayers and thoughts every step of the way.
