Julians Family,

I just learned of Julians death.

Julian "Ratted" under me and was my big tackle on the I Co. VTCC intermural flag football teams 61-63. I sort of kept up with his career through a mutual commrad-in-arms, Drew Landrus. He served with Julian in Panama. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I shall make a contribution to the VTCC in his name.

Maryann and family,
I was a rat(freshman) in Julian's cadet company at VT in the 60's. He was a junior and thus was to attend the "ring" dance. I think that I assisted him and his roommate for ring dance. Not sure who his roommate was, maybe Bradford? I remember him as a fun and very reasonable upperclassman. I'm sure he has been a great husband and father! Obviously he served all of you, his country and community. Ut Prosim...that I may serve (VT motto)
God bless, comfort and keep you. I saw the announcement in the Corps Review.
