To Leo's family,
I am so saddened to hear of Leo's death. He meant so very much to me. We use to sit together at St. Mary's Church. My husband, Ed was ill and and we lost touch with Leo these last two years. His warmth and friendship meant so much to me and my husband. My husband Ed was in the hospital when Leo died. Then Ed died this summer. Leo was such a good, kind man. I miss him.

Sincerely,

Ann Tidwell

Am saddened to hear of loosing Leo. He was a well respected Richmond Engineer, who many of us learned from, either directly or from his proteges. He is remembered by our stories and our affection for his work, his honesty, and his integrity.
