Sad to hear of Leon's passing, Sandy. Our condolences and all best wishes for you and the family.

Leon was absolutely pivotal in my professional and intellectual development, most iconically, teaching me the pitfalls of unintegrated "islands of knowledge." He will long live in my memories, and remain a co-author of many of my perspectives.
