To Ross' family and dear friends: I can truly say I am better for knowing Ross. I met him 15 years ago as an intern for the BBB. I looked forward to going into the office because each morning began with a chat with Ross. Thank you for sharing him with so many of us. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My prayers and thoughts are with you on the loss of your loving husband and father. Ross Sr was quite a character and it has been such a pleasure to have known him and all of you these past 32 years. May God bless and hold you all close.
