Our thoughts and prayers are with the family with the loss of Ruth (Nanny). We hold special memories of her and how she altered Leigh's prom dresses so perfectly. May God bring each of you comfort and peace during this time.

What a wonderful person... always smiling and with a kind word! She will be truly missed by all that need clothes altered! What a great time we had as she taught me how to sew in the Banners group at Church... I know you are happy to be back with Pete but we will miss you here! See you one day in Heaven.

Ruth was a special lady. A great smile, a great seamstress, gave great HUGS, and I loved her style. We would always chat about her lovely jackets and sweaters. Ruth, I'm thankful that you were in my life. I'll miss you. Lydia Collins (FBC Friend, Mechanicsville, VA)

Ruth has always been such an encouraging support to me, and was so good about keeping Eastern Star aware of my whereabouts after receiving ESTARL. I am grateful to have had her in my life.
Peace to you all ... in time...

Ruth was a wonderful lady and friend. She was always a happy person and shared that happiness with all who knew her. You just felt good in her presence. I know that I will miss her but I know that she is with her Master and sharing her wonderful nature with all the Angels.

Thoughts and prayers go to the family and friends of Ruth. I knew her through my Aunt Elsa Gray Thompson. Ruth was a wonderful woman and will be missed.
