My name is Diane Talley. I worked with Shari from Laurence Kessler's office. I remember that she was always kind, patient and helpful. She assisted all who called her like that was the most important thing she had to do at that time(everyone was important to her) . I also recall her wonderful soft and gentle demeanor. She will definitely be missed.
