FRAME, Shirley F., 79, of Richmond, departed this life April 15, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glyde Frame; daughter, Vickie L. Loving; and grandson, Allen Loving. She is survived by her son, Elben Frame and wife, Frankie Frame; lifelong devoted friend, James Breeden; son-in-law, Welford Loving; three great-grandchildren, Amanda Loving, Lindsay Rattelsdorfer and Chase Loving; and a niece, Ann Cole. Shirley was a member of the Women of the Moose. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at Bliley's - Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Road, where a service will be held 12 noon Monday. Interment Signal Hill Memorial Park.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Shirley Frame. I work with her great niece, Robyn at the Department of Taxation. May the fond family memories get you through this difficult time. Hope you feel comfort knowing that Shirley is now with the lord and is at peace. God bless you all.

You will be missed by all of those who knew and loved you, and by the many lives that you touched. I am grateful to have been a part of your family and able to share some of the best times at the river with you, Allen, Vickie, Welford, Amanda, Lindsay, Chase and James. God bless!
