The water professionals of NC will miss Everett. We enjoyed many great discussions with him over the years. He was a strong supporter of the TJCOG Water Resources program and the Triangle Area Water Quality Monitoring Project. There was never a doubt about where he stood when it came to protecting water resources and planning for the future of water supply. Our prayers and best wishes for fond memories of him go to his family and many friends. s/ Linda and Terry Rolan
Retired Director of Water Management
