Joel B. Keyser

Joel B. Keyser, 32, of Limerick, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 09, 2014, at Phoenixville Hospital. He was the husband of Leah (Leneweaver) Keyser. Born in Pottstown, he was the son of Robert L. Jr. and Joan E. (Chrisman) Keyser. He was a 2000 graduate of Spring-Ford High School and graduated from Katherine Gibbs School of Technology in 2002. He was employed by Eagleville Hospital as a senior network analyst. Joel was a devoted family man. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends as often as possible, grilling, listening to Jimmy Buffet, and watching sports. He often played catch outside with his family, dogs and son, Williamson, as well as playing golf with family and friends as often as possible. He was an avid water lover, spending time or working on the wave runner or boat. He graciously donated his time assisting others with any computer and/or technology difficulties they experienced with much patience and guidance. He attended St. Luke's U.C.C. Trappe, PA. In addition to his wife of three years and parents, he is survived by his children: Williamson Robert and Cassidy Keyser; sister: Ashlee L. Filchner, wife of Mark, of Phoenixville; and paternal grandmother Betty Jane Majka-Keyser, of Honey Brook. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke's U.C.C., 200 W. Main St., Trappe, PA 19426. Officiating will be Rev. Ann Tweedie Few. Visitations will be at the church on Sunday evening from 6-8 PM and Monday from 9:00 to 10:45 AM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
