To my sweet friend Teddie Jo, Kev, Joe, Betty, and all family members... I know the loss is great and I pray that God will give you all strength and precious memories. It doesn't get easier, but God will not give you what you can't handle. Nick has no pain and no suffering and I pray that he knew the Lord and we will see him one day walking down streets of Gold and with complete perfection. I will miss his smirk and the shy smile on his face. I will always be here for you Teddie and hope you know I love you and send you warmest heartfelt condolences. God Is In Control.
We love you,

Teddie, I just found out about Nick yesterday afternoon. I am so very sorry. I can't imagine what you are going through. You are in my prayers. We have such special memories of that summer of ball where Marietta won districts. I am so glad that God put our paths together. I hope to see you soon. We love you.

Curran Family,
Nick was an awesome friend, more like a brother. I know this time is hard for you, as it is for all of us, but we are all here in support of your family. Nick will be remembered by all of the good times we've shared and all of the laughs he's brought to everyone. Remember, Nick is now with us everyday, everywhere we go -- in our hearts.

Teddie, Kevin and Joe, my heart goes out to you and your whole family. I know that there is nothing that anyone can say that will take the hurt away. Just know that you are all in my prayers. Nick was, well Nick was Nick, he was a very caring person, especially with little kids, they all loved him. He would help anyone, he was just that kind of person. Love you Nick. Love all of the Curran family. May God watch over you and give you the strength you need to get thru this.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Mrs. Curran and family. Nick was very special to me. I had the short opportunity to get to know Nick as a student first and coach him in baseball second. Nick and I have had some ups and downs. But through it all, Nick and I always found our way back to smiles. Mom and Dad, hang in there and stay prayed up for God knows what he is doing and will never leave you. Nick will always be a strong part of the Baldwin Baseball Family and will truly be missed.
Sincerely,
Coach Tisdale

My thoughts and prayers are with you guys. I haven't been close to Nick for a while now, but it was always a blast hanging out with him. I miss him, but I couldn't imagine what you feel. But he's in a better place now looking down on everyone. Take care. And I'll continue praying for you.

Another high school friend gone. I can't believe everyone is passing away so young. When I was little I remember my dad telling me about all of his friends dying in car accidents and stuff, but I never thought I'd see it happen to my friends. Nick and I haven't talked in the past 3 years but we were good friends in middle school when him and Kurt were very close. I used to hang out with them every day after school. Although they grew apart from me, I still consider them amazing people. Nick had a wonderful personality. He could brighten almost any body's day with a smile on their face. He and Kurt could always send a burst of laughter through a room. R.I.P Nick. It will always be unbelievable. Just as Shortney and Steph will.

I didnt know Nick, but my daughter did. Her name is Stephenie Acton, she passed away on May 3, 2010. It has been a year, but it still seams like yesterday. To Nick's family my heart goes out to all of you. This is the most difficult time, they say it gets easier as time goes on but to me it stays with me 24/7. Our lives are forever changed and so will yours. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Cherie Acton
