Patricia Johnson-Glover Obituary

GLOVER Ms. Patricia Johnson- Glover was born August 5, 1959 to the late Charlene Hudson Williams in Jacksonville, FL. Anyone who knew her knows that her presence alone had the ability to brighten up a room with her dazzling smile, her bright eyes, and her loving ways. Her miraculous ability to overcome numerous health issues earned her the name “The Miracle Child” among her family and close friends. In June 1998, she became a member of Moncrief Missionary Baptist Church, Reverend Dr. Q. G. Thomas, Pastor, where - health providing - she attended faithfully. A product of Duval County Public Schools, she attended Ribault High School in the 70's. She was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 15 years. Her desire to others prompted her to open and run her business, “Honeybabe's House of Comfort”, an Assisted Living Facility, until her demise. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2009 in Moncrief Missionary Baptist Church, 1423 W. 22nd St. She leaves to cherish memories three children, Monique Johnson, Antonio Johnson and Richard Hudson; eleven brothers and sisters, Janie Thompson, Norma Johnson Hills (Sammie), Bilal Saleem (Lazzette), Cheryl Jerido, John Smith, Jacksonville, FL, Patrice Hudson, Pauline Dillette (Ashton), Nassau Bahamas, Peter Hudson (Vanessa), Lequisha Hudson Hoffman, Jacksonville, FL, Jerriod Hudson (Terri), Cincinnati, OH; two grandchildren, four godchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and close friends. Ms. Glover will rest in the mortuary for visitation Friday, July 10 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00p.m. and in the church Saturday, July 11 from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. To the family may God be with you at this time the memories that I have of Pat were good ones she gave me lots of great advice.I will truly miss her but she is in a better place again my condolences to everyone.God Bless R.I.P Pat I love you.

Pat was truly a beautiful person, precious to all that knew her and she was dearly loved by a host of family and friends. What a ray of sunshine she was to me her cousin and to everyone encountered. Rest in Peace Pat.
