George McClendon Obituary

McCLENDON Funeral Services for Mr. George E. McClendon will be held at 10:00am Saturday, October 22, 2005 in King Solomon United Baptist Church, 2240 Forest Street, Rev. Dr. W. C. Barker Jr., pastor. Mr. McClendon passed away Oct. 14. He is survived by his loving and devoted family; wife, Ivory McClendon; daughters, Diane Lawrence, Tracy and LaDora McClendon; grandchildren, Michael Hall and Lakreshia Lawrence; brothers, Tom Jr. (Dorothy) and Richard McClendon; devoted nephews, Frederick and Mark McClendon; a number of other relatives and friends. Visitation today in the mortuary from 5-8pm, and in the church Saturday from 8:30am until the hour of service. The cortege will assemble at the resident. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
