Richard Hoot Obituary

HOOT Richard "Scotty" Richard "Scotty" Hoot, 47, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2009, in his home. Mr. Hoot was born in Toledo on May 15, 1961, to David and Delores (Brown) Wells Hoot Sr. Richard was employed as a production worker for International Automotive Corporation for the past six years. Surviving are his significant other, Melanie Hoot; daughters, Genesis and Jayme Hoot; mother, Delores Hoot; brothers, David, Raymond, William (Peggy), Vernon (Lora) and Denis (LuAnn); sister, Diana (Robert) Pauwels; niece, Amber; nephew, Zachary along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, David and son, David Wells Hoot III and sister, Sherry Hoot. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 7 p.m. with services beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. The interment will be private. Memorial contributions to the family in Richard's memory will be greatly appreciated. www.egglestonmeinert.com
