I am saddened to hear of Jackies passing. She always made me smile when she would come to the office to see Dr Fernandes. She will be missed. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

My sister Jackie and I had a special bond growing up and hanging out together. Every day I come across something that reminds me of her. Even the brand of coffee we recently discussed, as I pour my cup each morning. It broke my heart that you left so suddenly, but I know you are in a better place. You'll live in my heart forever. Missing you, Phyl

To Jackie's children, Phyllis, Lynnette, and Tony: Your Wyandotte family will miss Jackie when we get together from now on. Childhood memories will be even more cherished now. We know there must have been Polish music at heavean's gates to greet her along with St. Peter and the rest of your family when she arrived.(Maybe some Busia Bread too!) May she rest in peace with the angels.

Aunt Jackie was a special person in my life. Without her I wouldn't have had half the fun I did as a kid. I'm really going to miss my Godmother.
