MACIEJEWSKI Monica J. (Lawecki) Monica J. ( Lawecki ) Maciejewski, 86, of Toledo, passed away Monday, October 17, 2011, at Heartland of Waterville. She was born May 15, 1924, in Toledo and was the daughter of Andrew and Cecilia Lawecki. Monica was an active member of Blessed Sacrament Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister for 6 years and as an adorer of the Blessed Sacrament for over 15 years. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Blessed Sacrament Senior Group. Survivors include her son, Kenneth Maciejewski; grandsons, Josh (Sarah) Maciejewski, Jacob (Cherilyn) Maciejewski, Jon Maciejewski, Jeremy Maciejewski and Justin Maciejewski.; 2 great-grandchildren and her niece, Monika Beach. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward M. Maciejewski, in 1989, sons, Marty Maciejewski and Norm Maciejewski and his brother, Melvin Lawecki. Friends are invited to visit from 11 a.m. until the Funeral Mass at 12 noon, Thursday, at Blessed Sacrament Church. Father Sam Punoor will officiate. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
