JOSEPH SCHEFFLER Obituary

Joseph "Joe" Fred Scheffler Joe was born on February 28, 1925 in Tacoma, WA and passed away October 31, 2014. Joe was preceded in death by wife, Florence and son, Joey. Joe is survived by children; Carl, Wayne (and Sherry), Mark (and Tina) Scheffler, numerous grand-children and great grand-children. In accordance with his wishes there will be no formal service. A celebration of life will be held at the family home. Merciful Jesus grant eternal rest.

Oh Mr. Scheffler it saddens me to learn of your passing~You were the inspiration for me wanting to someday have a "Patch Adams" Island where I could bring all my favorite "mature" adults to live out their lives in bliss. You brightened my day whenever you would come in and no matter how you were feeling you always made me laugh with your silly responses to my questions. I'm so glad you're back together with the love of your life, I know how you missed her so.
My hugs and prayers are with your family, what a tremendous loss for them.
