CHARLOTTE HARKLEROAD Obituary

Charlotte Arnold Harkleroad BRISTOL, Va. Charlotte Arnold Harkleroad, age 67, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011, at Wellmont Hospice House. She was born Sept. 30, 1944, to the late Garland Frederick Arnold and Anna Mary Meford Arnold. Ms. Harkleroad was a lifelong resident of Bristol, Va., and was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Harkleroad; and sister, Sandra McCracken. Survivors: daughter, Karen Gaylor; grandson, Joey Gaylor; brother, David Arnold; sister, Jane Lykins; two nephews; three nieces; two great nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, from the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Burnette officiating. Committal service will be on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Sugar Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7:45 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Online condolences may be registered at www.Weaverfuneralhome.net Weaver Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
