Carmen Judy Jenkins Grubb BRISTOL, Tenn. Carmen Judy Jenkins Grubb, age 54, passed away on April 3, 2012, at the Wellmont Hospice House. She was born in Bristol, a daughter to the late Earl and Letha Lingerfelt Jenkins and was a life-long resident of the area. Judy was a self-employed massage therapist and was a member of Sinking Springs United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael L. Grubb and two grandchildren, Jacob Tyler Grubb and Anna Elaine Grubb. Survivors include daughter, Heather Nichole Carr and husband, Joseph; sons, Michael Lee Grubb Jr. and wife, Tina, Christopher Lee Grubb and David Wayne Grubb and wife, Amber; grandchildren, Terri Ann and Tammi Renee Grubb, Autumn Rhianan and Ashlen Leanna Grubb, Clayton Tyler Carr, Alaina Hope Grubb; sisters, Renee Tate and husband, Bobby, Tonda Poe, Sharon Wise and Bill Pierce, Joni Jenkins; brothers, Michael Jenkins and wife, Christine, Ricky Jenkins and wife, Michelle; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 6, 2012, at 7 p.m. at Sinking Springs United Methodist Church with Pastor Randy Powers officiating. Interment at Eastern Heights Cemetery will be private. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5 to 6:45 p.m. prior to the service.
