Bill was always positive and friendly. I worked many years with his brother, Jim. Both, great guys.

I am so sorry I was unable to attend the services. I pray God's comfort to family and friends feeling this great loss. Keep the good memories in mind as you speak of Bill often. Although he is greatly missed, may all be comforted knowing we will meet again some sweet day.

My thoughts and prayers are with you today as you say til we meet again'.

Through the many odd hours of the day or night spent with Bill on our victim witness shifts, I always remember how many funny stories he would tell and just how proud he was of his son. He was truly a remarkable person and touched many people.

Bill was wonderful, kind and inspiring. I worked with him at PCJCC as a JIPS P.O. and him being a baliff. Always on the ball and totally professional. I used to kid him about our competition with new shirts and ties. We agreed to keep our standards very high. I will miss him greatly!

My memories of Bill go back 25 years. First as a next door neighbor, then as a referee for my girls when they played soccer and finally as my carpool buddy/friend for the last 10 years! As he said to me a couple of weeks before he passed, We laughed all the way into work and all the way home! You leave a huge hole in my heart. I love you! Milli

I had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside Bill at Juvenile Court. He was an inspiration to me in many ways--his kindness, his humility, his integrity, his continuous desire to learn (we both were always trying to improve our Spanish skills), and his devotion to keeping himself physically fit. My words just don't do him justice. I will miss him dearly but I'm so thankful I had a chance to get to know him and learn from him. I'm gonna miss you, Bill. Jovita and Jeremy, my thoughts are with you and your family.

Oh no. Gone too soon. I was Mr. Kitt's support staff at Juvenile Court. He was a pleasure to work with. Our team meetings had the best food! The menu always made the meeting minutes. You were a good and kind man and you will be missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing Bill during my time as a Volunteer Coordinator with Victim Witness. I always enjoyed when he would come into the office for a shift, a smile on his face and a warm chit chat. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and I am sad to hear of his death. Truly a loss. Rest In Peace Bill.

From the very first day that I set foot in Pima County Juvenile Court, Bill welcomed me and offered to help me learn my way around. This meant a lot to me, since I was brand new to Tucson. His kindness and positivity lit up the courthouse every day. He was a great man. My condolences to all who knew him, and especially his family.

Seeing this just makes me so incredibly sad. Mr. Kitt was and always will be a mentor, a friend, and a genuinely kind sole. He always made sure to check in with me and always gave a firm handshake and big smile. His work ethic was second to none. I am a better person having met Mr. Kitt and he will be missed greatly. Rest easy my friend!

The word that I would use to describe William is kind. In the roles that he readily accepted, he seemed to always handle them with the utmost kindness. Though I wasn't around him often, I will remember him for how he treated me...kindly. Sadly, his kindness is gone with him, but the example he set, his legacy should move each one of us to work at becoming more kind.

Bill Kitt was my friend for many years through American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) in Tucson. As a referee or coach, he was cheerful, positive, reliable and responsible. Most of all, Bill was a kind-hearted soul who made everyone around him better. The world needs more Bill Kitts.

I was saddened to learn of Bill's passing. It was to me, an untimely event.

Bill was a credit to the profession of Probation, both at Pima County Adult Probation and later as a Federal PO. You could not meet a finer person. He was a great man. His legacy will not be forgotten.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
