Librada Gonzales Obituary

Librada Gonzales 7/30/1939 - 3/27/2011 Passed away peacefully on March 27. She is preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin and mother, Margaret. She is survived by her daughter, Rose Marie (Joseph); sons, Benjamin (Rosie), Gregory (Marissa), Christopher (Diana) and James (Lynn); 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and many loving brothers and sisters from the Gonzales and Barreras families. Librada was a special woman who exemplified what it means to be a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed. A Visitation will be held Saturday, April 2, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. and interment to follow at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 S. Park Ave. Arrangements by FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN.

Aunt Vita,
Thank you for being a part of my life...I remember how beautiful you always looked while you listened to your "Mariachi" sing and even in your final days you were a natural beauty. Thank You & Uncle Benjie for raising 5 outstanding children...Ben,Greg,Chris Rosie and Jimmy, they are filled with joy and laughter...what a legacy. Rest in Peace with the rest of the "Left This World Too Soon Gang"...Love you forever and always.
