Kenneth Ellsworth Obituary

ELLSWORTH, Kenneth Lee, born September 3, 1927 in Elk County Kansas, and most recently of Tucson, Arizona, went home to the Lord Monday, July 13, 2009. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Janice; daughter, Cynthia McCoy of Las Vegas, Nevada, and five sons, Zane of Sparks, NV, David of San Diego, CA, Kevin of Central Point, OR, Darren of Idaho City, ID and Martine of Bahia de Kino, Son. Mex. He had ten grandchiildren, 15 great-grandchildren and countless friends. He was an extraordinary man who could do anything he put his hand to: cowboy, lumberjack, dog musher, welder, policeman and business owner. The work of his life, however, was his final calling, as a missionary to Bahia de Kino, Sonora, Mexico. For the final 17 years of his life, he ministered to the people he loved through the work of his hands and his heart, and he learned that giving his all was truly receiving. He will be sorely missed, but he has reached his final goal, at last.
